Jim Goodpaster, President of JG Consulting Group, Inc., has over 20 years experience as a sales and marketing consultant educating and introducing literally thousands of businesses to innovative marketing strategies and a host of merchant programs and services.

 

These strategies, merchant programs and services are perfect in the marketing of any product(s) or service(s), retail stores, office-based, trade-show based, home-based or Internet-based businesses just to name a few.

 

 

 

Our main focus here at JG Consulting Group is to provide the latest marketing strategies and merchant services information so businesses have the potential to create as much profit as they desire.

 

Step one in beginning our journey together is providing JG Consulting Group with information about the programs and services you are currently utilizing.  We have made available two options: 1) utilize our basic informational form, provide us with the requested information and select the [Submit] button at the bottom or 2) you may utilize our Services page to provide a more in-depth picture of programs and services you currently utilize and other programs and services you are interested in.  Once again, select the [Submit] button at the bottom.  The option is yours.  However, the more information you provide the better.

 

Step two begins with Jim thoroughly reviewing every form submitted.  He tailor makes a plan of action as to what programs and services he feels will benefit your business.  Remember, this is a working outline and is extremely important as every business does not just fit into a specific mold and not every program or service is needed for every business.

 

Step three commences with a representative contacting you to go over the options Jim has outlined.  This normally takes 10 – 15 minutes.  If the call lasts longer it is due to the business decision maker’s interest in the suggested programs or services.  Obviously, we want to take all the time necessary so you feel comfortable with the information provided and with us.  Jim believes that the “communication cycle” is defined as one person providing information to another and that person understands the information thoroughly and provides feedback to the first person who understands the feedback thoroughly.  In other words, a full understanding by both parties involved in the “communication cycle”.

 

Once all the questions have been answered and decisions are made we will provide you with any agreements required to begin the application process.  It is often said that “no news is good news”.  However, often times “no news” leads to confusion, concern and doubt.  That is why Jim demands that you are kept in the loop at all times.  We want you to feel comfortable knowing that JG Consulting Group is handling all your needs. 

 

Last but not least, JG Consulting Group does not drop of the end of the earth once everything is up and running.  It is a sad but true fact that a majority of the time you never hear from a company again unless an issue arises and when you have a problem it seems like everyone you call is in a meeting or on vacation.  For those of you who have experienced this know exactly what we are talking about. 

 

At JG Consulting Group we pride ourselves on staying in touch with our clients, answering the phones, responding to emails and returning phone calls.  Technology is great but we believe in the old style of the personal touch.
